A flow is a record of an act, named by what happened: the verb, the chapter and month, and its place in that month. At the close of each month the holder of that month's lens names who did it; the artist names as the fallback, so a silent holder cannot block the record.
Some months are free, and the flow is minted at the naming. Others carry a small price in ANGEL: the record stands at once, and the named wallet takes the object when it chooses, by burning the price. A wrong flow can be withdrawn by the artist within 7200 blocks; after that it stands.

Each month is opened on chain the day it begins, with its verb in one line. Nothing later exists yet.
